1. Listing

Shops list only items they actually have in stock, keep stock and prices up to date, and confirm stock regularly. Stale stock is hidden automatically.

2. Reservations

Shops respond to reservation requests within the response time and keep confirmed items aside for the hold time. Repeatedly failing to give reserved items leads to warnings and a temporary pause of reservations.

3. Fees

During the launch period listing is free. Paid plans, featured listings and delivery fees will be communicated in advance. [Commercial terms to be finalised by the owner.]

4. Customer data

Customer contact details may be used only to handle the specific reservation or order, never for other marketing.
