Reservations

Reservations are free. You can cancel a reservation any time from My reservations. Cancelling less than 1 hour before the hold ends counts as half a missed pickup.

Online orders (when available)

You can cancel an order before the shop accepts it for a full refund. After delivery, return requests are accepted within [X] days for unused items with tags, subject to the shop's policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] working days. [To be finalised with the owner and a CA.]
