Is reserving free?

Yes. You pay the shop only if you decide to buy.

How long does the shop keep my item?

Each shop chooses a hold time (2 to 48 hours of opening time). You'll see it before you reserve.

What if the shop doesn't respond?

If the shop doesn't confirm in time, the reservation expires and nothing is held. You can reserve at another shop.

What happens if I don't go?

Please cancel if your plans change. After 3 missed pickups in 30 days you can't reserve for 7 days.

How is the price decided?

Prices are set by the shop. Some shops show “Final price at store” — you can agree the final price there.

Is my phone number shared?

Only with the shop handling your active reservation, and it is hidden again 7 days after the reservation ends.
